These wines are made by 2 sisters who wanted to create the best Italian Sparkling Blend in America. The white has notes of flowers, apples and peaches yet dry and balanced. The Rose has notes of rose petals, fruits, cherry and raspberry yet also dry and well balanced. These two sparkling are fun and will impress your guests, and is a great value at $8.50 each for both.
Louis Perdrier Brut excellence a fine little sparkler from Crimant in France very dry but nice fruit $8.50

Flor Rose Prosecco made with 10% pinot noir and 90% Prosecco. This has nice medium body and great fruit, it was Belinda and Kim's favorite find at Austin tasting in the fall. We ran out Thanksgiving, but have plenty in stock now! $19.00

Jean Milan Terres de Noel Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc
This is one of the really good growers champagnes Sara and I teased at champagne seminar. Have had it a couple of times since and it's outstanding! Very clean, crisp well balanced not yeasty, very nice. $85.00 very limited quantity available.

All of these are great values for champagne, very structured, smooth and nice fruit.
