Schick Construction NewsletterSeptember 2010

Schick Construction

Greetings!

As summer is winding down, we hope it has been a great one for you and your family. In this newsletter we wanted to give you a few tips on Hurricane Readiness as we are still in the middle of the 2010 hurricane season. Hopefully you won't need to use any of these tips this year, but it is better to be over prepared than not prepared at all. In the section below you will find a great article on Emergency Roof Repair after extreme weather conditions. For tips on making sure your home is ready before the storm hits, check out these links for Home Inspection Tips and Hurricane Proofing. Please feel free to contact us anytime with any questions or concerns you may have before or after the storm.

We value your business and look forward to working with you for any of your future roofing or construction needs.

Sincerely,

Paul Schick

Emergency Roof Repair

"The roof is perhaps the most important part of a house, besides the people living in the house. A damaged roof will directly affect the stability of the entire structure of the house and is a cause for prompt action."

As we are in the middle of hurricane season, we thought it would be a good idea to remind you of a few things you can do in an emergency situation. If your roof has suffered damage due to heavy rain, hail storms, tornado like situations, or a hurricane, you will need to take action promptly. Although it is advisable to wait until the extreme weather condition has passed and to call an experienced roofer, there are a few things you can attempt to do to provide a temporary fix until your roofer can make more permanent repairs. Click on the article below to read about some roofing guidelines you can take in an emergency situation.

What Our Clients Are Saying...

Paul,

I wanted to write this letter to you to formally express to you my gratitude and my sincere appreciation for helping me with my office building. The overall experience of just working with you and your staff was far better than I could have ever imagined. You were always there to walk me through things and to help educate me to make good solid decisions on design and materials. I have worked with many contractors in the past. Most are always on their time table, and never take or return calls, they never do what they say they are going to do and they are always looking for ways to overcharge and under deliver. I am thankful that you are not the typical contractor.

This was one of the biggest things I have tried to tackle in my life and I couldn't have picked a better person to be in the trenches with me than you and your company! Thanks for your hard work, dedication and for delivering a great product.

Sincerely,

Steve Lewis, President/CEO
