Proposed Menu For Laurelhurst School Auction
This electronic brochure is has been created to highlight our vision of the food for this year's Laurelhurst School Auction.  We have divided the food into passed hors d'oeuvres and station hors d'oeuvres.  Our goal is to maximize the guests ability to participate in the live and silent auctions while enjoying the food and drink.  We want to make sure that food is accessible and plentiful. Most importantly, we want to fit within your budget goal of $30 per person 

We designed our passed hors d'oeuvres menu to allow guests to eat while easily flowing around the different auction destinations.  Our station hors d'oeuvres are meant to be fun, festive and easy to eat.

Our martini mashed potato bar is a fun hot food station with creamy Yukon Gold mashed potato, mashed sweet potatoes and smashed red pototoes with garlic  and peppercorn.  It includes the following garnishes to be chosen by guest:
Slivered & fried Garlic Chips, Diced Shallots, Diced Smoked Ham, Wild Mushrooms, Bacon and Chorizo Sausage,  Fresh assorted Herbs
 
We also display the following sauces: 
Demi-glace
Mushroom bacon cream sauce
Tomato cream sauce
Turkey gravy
Roasted chicken jus
Any other requested sauces are available

Our Sage Southwest Station features hearty foods with a Southwestern theme.  While the selections are hearty and delicious, they are finger foods that are easy and fun to eat.  We propose the following items for this station.

-Persille du Beaujolais - a cow's milk aged bleu.  It is slightly yellow with blue veins and a grey rind.  
-Brie de Nangis - soft ripened with a white mold rind from Rouzaire.  
-Beechers FlagshipI know that you know this one.
-Coastal Cheddar -  English Cheddar from Ford Farms.  Cave aged cows milk cheddar cloth bound natural rind. 
-Buche Maitre Seguin (goat) - fresh curd, similar rind to the brie.  It hails from Poituo by Se'vre et Belle.
