 I know we have at least one vegetarian coming. Please let me know if you are a vegan or have other dietary considerations. Also if you have mobility issues, note that it is a steep walk to breakfast but it is possible to drive up.  I do like to get all payments taken care of by the first day, so we can concentrate solely on enjoying ourselves and writing.
If you have made a deposit and have a balance due, you will notice that it is now possible on our Web site to pay the balance.
For your convenience, here are the possible amounts.
If you have made a $495 deposit and want a single room, your balance is $684, payable in advance online or by check on the first day.
If you have made a $495 deposit and are sharing a room, your balance is $400, also payable in advance online or by check on the first day.
If you've paid in full, of course, I thank you and you don't have to do anything.

but the main thing is
 to provide a setting of safety and serenity in which surprise can happen and the long unsaid can be said and the unreachable can be reached for, and to allow for pain to arise if it will, and for tears and laughter should they come, and for bafflement and wonder and sadness and not to fear whatever arises, because it is all material for the noble mind, and to breathe deeply of fresh air and enjoy good food and for a few days at least be with people you can trust with whatever you wish to say, whatever words come.

This will be our fourth Creative Getaway at Marconi, and each time we do it we form lasting friendships and people write amazing things and awaken voices that surprise everyone, and we all have a good time and leave rested and refreshed and creative.
