Training just like you want it!
For the second year in a row, the Hays area/Northwest Kansas is hosting a Winter Leadership Conference in place of a "traditional" area meeting. The conference, scheduled for Saturday, December 10 from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., will include hands-on morning workshops on Making your Mark in Girl Scouts, Girl Scout Traditions: A Strong 100 Year Foundation, Beyond the Soup Can and String, Celebrating Self, and Navigating kansasgirlscouts.org. In the afternoon, learn about The New Volunteer Service Delivery Model and Bringing Girl Scouting to Life through our program resources, and then enjoy a session on Cookie Kickoffs!

If you are interested in helping set up a Leadership Conference in your area, please contact your MVP Specialist.
Remember that in other areas of the council, our MVP Team is gearing up for Winter Area Meetings! Area Meetings allow Service Unit teams from each Service Unit to get together to network and receive important council updates. Check out our events page to find out about your upcoming meeting - and to register online. Southeast Kansas is also hosting a leadership conference called S'mores U in early January.
