                When we think of self care in ministry, there is a tendency to think in terms of personal habits, diet, exercise, sleep, and time away. All those are true. But there is also a self care that is expressed in the WAY we do ministry. Sometimes we literally shoot ourselves in the foot by the way we go about our work.
