This new workshop has been put together for all church leaders who are walking into new positions or just want to get help in the position that they have or want to have. We will spend the day learning how to be a volunteer leader in the church. Topics will include: - Mobilizing resources to accomplish more
- Making board meetings spiritually energized and less boring
- Clarifying the role of elders
- Choosing and providing ongoing training for leaders
- Biblical modeling for leadership that is often abandoned
- Accomplishing more by doing less
- Identifying and communicating mission
- Moving beyond being "stuck"
