a time of grace |
How do we explain to the world our obsession with celebrating the birth of a child? How do we explain a child who was sent to set us free, a child that was God incarnate, a child who offered hope to a broken world, peace to the broken-hearted, joy to the broken spirit, and love through the brokenness? Perhaps it's by inviting the child's hope, peace, joy and love to flow through us so that not only do we celebrate, but the world around us celebrates as they experience Christ through us. Our wish for you is that you feel the presence of this gift of grace this Christmas. There is much to celebrate! |

good ideas: |
1. Celebrate the moments of grace you experience.
2. Thank your volunteers for all of their hard work. They are feeling the pinch of the busyness, too.
3. Ignore the clock in worship for the next couple of weeks and encourage extra singing in celebration of the Christ child.
