A special thanks to Lee Butz and Tony Salvaggio

air productsRecently, Lee Butz and Tony Salvaggio both made generous contributions to the Linden St. PreK Counts facility for the Literacy Lab.  We would like to give them a big CSC "high five" for the worthwhile investment they have made for the future of this community and the health of our various enterprises by partnering with us to prepare children for kindergarten. They join PPL, Air Products and Dr. Elliot Sussman in this exciting innovation in literacy training.

CSC wins auction bid!

air productsAt their 17th annual Dinner and Auction Gala, parents and supporters of the Swain School were able to bid on various items. This year there was a unique item for a community service project. The winning bidder was given a list of organizations to choose from to go and perform some community service with a group of 7th graders. CSC was the honored organization!! About 18 students came here ready to work. They were going to wash vans, spend time in the library and interact with the children in FA and FC.  Due to rain, the students were unable to wash vans but enjoyed creating the summer library theme of "Camp Reads-a-lot" and spent time in the classrooms with the children.
