On the plane back from Cabo San Lucas, I remembered that Saturday July 24 is National Tequila Day(no! I didn't just make that one up) and we got some cool new chocolates in from ChocoVivo so the celebration of two of our favorite things ensues! Tom is doing an amazing Halibut  with Tradicional Reposado Orange Buerre Blanc, the flight is served in ChocoVivo glasses (see below). The Special Cocktail is one I was taught this week in Cabo, I had to try it a number of times, so many that they had to write the recipe down (normally I can remember all of them, somehow that didnt happen this time.) The first of many monthly /Folklorico & Flamenco events begins Thursday the 29th with a Flamenco class taught by Paloma Rios (see info below) and a Performance on Friday the 30th. We have new Jewelry from Laurissa Stone very pretty with super cool packaging. Hmmm ...tequila, chocolate, dancing, jewelry- sounds like date night to me.
