250 years of Tequila
Greetings!If you are one of the stellar Tequila University students, you know how excited we are about this Tequila. We recently aquired one of the 495 bottles in the todo mundo of this amazing Tequila. It is on the pricey side, as a matter of fact it's the most expensive bottle in the building and sells for $200 an ounce.- Yep two bills for that one. It is a brilliant blend and was enjoyed for the first time by a wonderful group on Tuesday, even before I tried it. I was so happy with their enthusiam not, just for the tequila, but for the restaurant in general, it really made my day. I wanted to be able to add a little something to the Anejo Tequilas so, I spoke to Patricia from ChocoVivo after Donna turned me on to her amazing hand ground & crafted chocolates, so as of next week, all higher end Anejos will come with a piece of Mayan Chocolate- cinnamon, chile, hand ground dark chocolate amazement- if you shoot that anejo I'm not gonna send the chocolate. LOL. Tommy is ruining my diet again with his brilliance. The Kobe Wagyu for tomorrow is off the hook and he is still working on new desserts- I am the guinea pig- each time I think, "oh, that's the one, he conjurs up something even more to die for" that darn Tommy.
