Greetings!
Wow! What a wonderful part of Los Angeles to be in during the Holidays! I recently moved to the Christmas Tree Lane area just south of the restaurant and it is amazing! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and the lights are beautiful- it makes it very easy to be in the holiday spirit. Santa even travels the neighborhoods of Redondo and Torrance nightly! We would like to contribute to his sleigh with a TOY DRIVE- every child under 12 who brings a new unwrapped toy will receive a free kids meal in exchange for the toy (Please limit your spending to between $10 & $25 per toy). Toys will be donated to both the Redondo Beach and Torrance Police and Fire Departments for distribution via their Toy Drive Programs! Our drive begins on El Dia de la Virgen De Guadalupe Saturday December 12 through December 23rd.
Cookies for toys too? This year we will host another Holiday Cookie Decorating Party hosted by my children for your children on Saturday afternoon December 19th from 2pm to about 3:30 pm The charge is an new unwrapped toy (Please limit your spending to between $10 & $25 per toy) In order for us to accommodate the children we have to require all to sign up so we can make sure each child has fun and we have enough goodies for everyone. The toys will also go to the above mentioned Departments! Shhh!... We may even have a special visitor who wears red and obviously eats alot of tamales and churros ;) I am working on it! All the tamale classes are sold out for the season but, you can buy the tamales by the dozen or enjoy them here daily thru January 2 2010! The menu is below.
