Beautiful morning today on the walk, however, the approaching snow is looming in everyone's minds.

 

I thought I should give a reminder of the weather policy with the snow:

 

1) If school's are cancelled, class will not be running (if only buses are cancelled, classes will run)

2) If the streets aren't plowed, sidewalks won't be plowed and therefore class will not be running.  

3) Use your judgement.  If you feel unsafe driving to class or walking during class, please stay at home and pump out some squats and triceps dips.

4) If in doubt, give me a call on my cell:  905-580-9777 and/or check your email.

5) I only cancelled one class last year when I couldn't open my front door on a Saturday morning, so you can bet that if Lisa and I can push open our front doors, we will be there waiting for you.

 

Tax time is approaching.  I have written  receipts for all payments you have made to me throughout the year.  If you would like a copy of your receipt(s) please write me and I'll  bring them to your next class.
