Congratulations to Leigh Tooley of Spring Brook Township, PA! She is the grand prize winner of our earth day yourself! campaign with her Office Compost Container entry!
Leigh entered our earth day yourself!
campaign with a photo of her makeshift office compost container. Leigh started collecting her coworkers' daily compostables for use in her garden. She topped our ratings with 21 comments/votes from friends and co-workers. Leigh, pictured here with an organic pumpkin she grew for charity, wins 2,000 EcoChipz, worth $100, which she has donated to The Nature Conservancy, one of EcoPlum's environmental causes.
Second prize goes to Michaela Miller of Jacksonville, FL. for her wooden wall collage entry. She wins $25 worth of EcoChipz and aReparel™ Shirt from Repair the WorldŽ apparel! Here she is wearing her new shirt at her home - the first Platinum LEED project/home in NE Florida! Michaela donated her $25 worth of EcoChipz to the Sierra Club.
