We are excited to announce the hiring of our new Coaches Education Director Jon Decker.i
Jon is not new to Special Olympics, he has spent years as the Director of Programs, Sports and Training and Competition with both Special Olympics Idaho and Special Olympics Northern California. Jon's passion for Special Olympics will allow for Special Olympics New Mexico to continue on growing and providing quality coaches training opportunities throughout the state.

Register Today for the SONM 2012 Golf Classic - Tournament and Dinner and Auction!
The 2012 Golf Classic presented by Century Link and featuring Steve Alford is back! On Monday, July 16th join dozens of fellow golf enthusiasts and Special Olympics supporters for a Four-Man Scramble tournament at Paa-Ko Ridge Golf Club in Sandia Park. Team awards and prizes will be offered, along with a barrage of golf goodies. Plus, your entry fee includes admission to a very special dinner and auction.
Following our golf tournament on Saturday, July 21st, mark your calendars and sign yourself up for the Golf Classic Dinner and Auction presented by the Payroll Company and featuring UNM Athletics at the Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque from 5pm - 9pm. The evening includes dinner and a cash bar, along with a live and silent auction. Greet and visit with numerous SONM supporters and UNM Lobos athletes.
Register today, or no later than Friday, July 6th, at www.GolfClassicNM.org. But hurry, space is limited for both events and is filling up fast!
