Exciting Changes for the D&S Sales Team - West, Central, and East Regions

Bill Hammerseng will become the West Region Sales Manager of North America as Bobby Cushman begins a new transition too. Bill joined Chart in 2005 serving as Orca Technical Specialist. He has been assisting in the sales efforts to promote MicroBulk across the country. Bill has a degree in Sales and Marketing, as well as, a licensed Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic.

Tom Chromy will become
the Independent Distributor Sales Manager for the Central and East Regions of North America. Tom started with MVE Inc. in 1977 and continued with Chart Inc. during the acquisition in 1999. He has been in sales since 1988.

Since its first introduction by Minnesota Valley Engineering (MVE) in 1970, the VGL™ (Vertical Gas Liquid Cylinders) built its reputation on reliability and innovation. It was the first liquid cylinder to offer a stainless steel outer jacket, an all-metal shock absorbing footring, and color-coded valve handles. Now, the VGL Series is being reintroduced with udpated components and the latest in field-proven vacuum insulation technology. The series includes the 180HP, 200HP, and 230HP with round and square base options. These models have been streamlined - making them the preferred choice in economical transportable liquid cylinders.

Transitioning to LNG: Bobby Cushman
Mr. Cushman is creating new energy in the LNG market! Bobby will become Chart's new LNG Systems Sales Manager. He will promote and sell LNG equipment throughout North America.
As Bobby transitions to LNG, his replacement, Bill Hammerseng, will assume Bobby's territory. Read more about Bill Hammerseng in the left column of this newsletter.

Chart Completes Acquisition of Cryotech International
Chart's Distribution & Storage Group completed the acquisition of Cryotech International on August 3, 2010.
Cryotech International is headquartered in San Jose, CA. Cryotech designs, sells, manufactures, and services vacuum insulated piping systems, liquid nitrogen dosing equipment, manifolds, as well as, repairing liquid cylinders.
