We will discuss the current events of the week. Don't be afraid to bring a newspaper article and your opinion. Yes, we will also be discussing Bin Laden's death in light of what we have learned about Bonhoeffer's theology.

Lawn Mowing Time!
We are going to ask members to take turns mowing the church lawn again this season. Please sign up on the office door if you can help. The lawn can be mowed anytime between Thursday and Saturday. Thank you!

May Friendship Day
Church Women United will meet at Faith Church at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 6, for their annual May Friendship Day Breakfast. All ladies are welcome to the breakfast and program. A free will donation will be taken. Reservations are appreciated by calling Darlene Moffet at 734-5537.

The Future of Youth Ministry - for YOUTH!
All Youth in 7th - 11th grade are invited to attend a special breakfast on May 15 in the Youth Room. The Christian Education Committee wants to hear what you think should happen with Youth Ministry at our church in the future. Please come at 9:30a.m. on May 15. We need your help!

Sympathy
To Joan Steis, Cathy Abernathy, Jane (John) Walters, and friends on the death of husband and father, Parker Steis, who died on May 2, 2011. A visitation has been set for Thursday, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Turnbull Funeral Home. The memorial service will be held here, at Faith United, Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m.
