Adult Forum  
 
We have Pastor Joel Nelson as our presenter this Sunday at the Adult Forum.  He is a church planter with the Fredericksburg Area Baptist Association and will talk how opportunities for outreach in this area.  He and some members of a local mission congregation will be attending worship with us at 11:15.  
 
SPRING CLEAN UP UPDATE
 
There is a Spring Clean Up on Saturday April 17 from 9 AM to 2 PM at Resurrection Lutheran Church. A lunch will be served. Bring your yard tools andhammer crossget ready for a great day and fellowship. The Property Team is looking forward to seeing you. If you have questions please contact Tom Bannon at 540-786-2882 or Mark Caspersen at 540-972-5246.
 
Adopt A Space Program: 
 
The start up dates for the Adopt A Space Program was April 1. The start up date for cutting grass and maintaining the church grounds was March 27. 
 
Both inside and outside programs will continue through to the early fall. 
 
 
Middle School Youth
 
Our middle school youth want to earn funds to attend Confirmation Camp this summer at Caroline Furnace, our Virginia Synod Camp.  The cost is $300 per youth.  The youth are available to work at homes on Sunday afternoon, April 25.  Please see the sign-up sheet on the Big Green Sign-up Board in the narthex.
 
Big Band Dinner Dance
 
We have tickets available for the Big  Band Dinner Dance on Saturday, May 1.  Please see Paul Niemi, Tom and Carol Bailey, or Tom and Bonnie Murphy for tickets. 
 
Stewardship Update
 
A great response from everyone in giving during Holy Week!  Over $22,000 was given to the work of our Lord that week.  Over 75 folks have made financial commitments.  Keep on giving!
 
120 folks have turned in WItness and Service forms for the coming year.  Results (who signed up for what) are posted to our "Plug-in" website at:
 
 
 
Food of the Month
  
Our Food of the Month this month is...

 (Chicken, Spam, Tuna, Salmon, etc.)

Bring a can to worship and leave it in the Food of the Month basket in the narthex.  These donations go to our Christ Lutheran foodbank in downtown Fredericksburg.
