He is also co-founder of AgelessInAmerica, a workforce development consulting firm. He is co-author of Boom or Bust!: New Career Strategies in a New America - The Career Management Guide for Baby Boomers and Beyond (Cambridge Media, LLC; 2006), and writes and speaks on a variety of employment issues.
