Golden Ticket Winner
 On Friday, August 26th, we held our "Roll up the Rugs" Trustee event at Chamber South. The event raised money to finish some Green renovations at Chamber South.
Golden Tickets were sold, and on Friday night, a winner was selected! The new conference center name is College of Business and Technoloogy (CBT) Conference Center. Congratulations to CBT College and Stephanie Etter for purchasing the winning ticket!
 The western theme event had great food, libations and line dancing! Other winners included: American Chariots Auto Broker, who won their very own parking space at Chamber South!

On Tuesday, August 30, 2011, U.S. Rep. David Rivera joined local officials, business leaders, Job Corps staff, students and their families to congratulate 73 graduates from Homestead Job Corps Center. The ceremony was part of National Job Corps Commencement Day. In the Congressman's Commencement Speech, he challenged the graduates to make America a greater nation and to hold leaders accountable for bringing back fiscal responsibility that will restore confidence in America's economy.
