Shalom Holy Chevre (Holy Group),
Happy year of 5770, according to the Hebrew calendar.  We had AMAZING High Holidays(HHD) partnering with NV Hillel and the Jewish Community of Elko County.  See the picture gallery on our website.  Our many Torah readers, musicians and everyone who helped with the services were phenomenal.  We had 70 to nearly 90 people for services.
Now, we are conducting a survey to determine what we did well and what may need to get done better.  Please complete the
SURVEY to tell us what you think.  We appreciate your input in helping us as we work towards enhancing our programing and determining our next steps in growth.
HHD
Picture of Rosh Hashanah 5770
We had yet another highlight already this year.  Sukkot was  WONDERFUL.  We put up a mezzuzah at the Ries ranch and held services overlooking Reno.  We ate in the incredible sukkah made by Barbara & Steve.  Ask Steve how he made the sukkah!  He felled trees from near the creek, dragged them up the hill with his quad runner and dug post holes by water blasting into the rock and also shoveled by hand.  It was quite a project and the results were a lovely sukkah that we all helped to decorate.  Many thanks to all the hard work from everyone who helped.

May we go from strength to strength!
