Training starts on Tuesday 5th April from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Albany park

The girls squad will start on Tuesday 5th with the boys starting the following Tuesday 12th April then alternate weeks up to and inclusive of Tuesday 12th July

Team selection: We will offer first refusal to last years winning crews before offering space places to those keen to join.

This year our chosen charity is 21@Co. A local charity dedicated to enhancing the lives of children with Down Syndrome and their families.

I am delighted to announce that this year we will also be entering a dragon boat team in this international event. A gruelling endurance race over 21 miles from London's Docklands to the finish in Ham.

This is not for the faint hearted. The team will be mixed and will be picked from the fittest of both men's and women's crews.

Training will continue after the July sprint event and we will be concentrating on endurance training.
