50th Anniversary Celebration
Shawn Wendell (Owner, Pink Jeep Tours), Rob Adams (City of Sedona Mayor), Donna Helfrich (General Manager, Pink Jeep Tours), and Mike Hermen (Director of Sales & Marketing, Pink Jeep Tours). |
Our 50th Anniversary Celebration held on June 24 was a great success! About 300 community members came to celebrate with us including Sedona City Mayor, Rob Adams. We had an incredible cake made by award winning cake artist Andrea Carusetta, of Sedona Cake Couture, and had fun playing Pink Trivia and giving away prizes.

Cindy Brennan, Chris Dwyer, and Steve Carroll. | Three of Pink Jeep Tours' heroic guides were honored by the Sedona Fire Department on June 23 for assisting an injured hiker at Chicken Point on April 11, 2010. The area is one of the breathtaking stops along the original Broken Arrow Tour. All of Pink Jeep Tours' guides are CPR and First Aid trained and certified by the National Association for Interpretation. "It is important that our guides are well trained and prepared to handle the unexpected," said Shawn Wendell, owner of Pink Jeep Tours. "While we have a perfect safety record on our tours, it is not uncommon for visitors who venture out on their own to get themselves into compromising situations." |
