Be The Match Marrowthon a Success  Thanks to the amazing response of people like you, the Be The
Match® Marrowthon was a great success. Be the Match reached many thousands of people with the message about
the need for bone marrow donors and financial contributions to make life-saving
transplants possible. Tens of thousands of people joined the marrow registry. And they've raised
funds to add many more.
Thanks to all who joined, contributed financially, created their own
marrowthons, helped spread the word and even ran on treadmills to raise funds.

Vote for Jimmie in the 2009 ESPY Awards  Jimmie is
nominated in the "Best Male Athlete" category along with Olympic swimmer Michael
Phelps and NBA stars Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. He also is among five
nominees in the "Best Driver" category, along with IndyCar drivers Helio
Castroneves and Scott Dixon, NHRA Top Fuel champion Tony Schumacher and Formula
One champion Lewis Hamilton. "I was honored to win an ESPY last year, especially considering the
other amazing drivers I was up against. To be nominated this year for two ESPYs

Team 48 Visits Victory Junction
Members of the No. 24 and 48 Hendrick Motorsports teams visited with campers at Victory Junction during NASCARnival on June 16th. The crew performed real time pit stops and received some help changing tires from several of the campers. Everyone had a great time!
