Thank You for Making 2008 An Incredible Year

Thank you to everyone who helped the Jimmie Johnson Foundation raise funds and awareness for children and families in need throughout 2008.  We had a phenomenal year, and we are so fortunate to have the best fans and supporters.

We are looking forward to continuing the momentum into 2009 with an exciting line-up of events and programs, and the start of another great racing season.

Jimmie Johnson will return to GAINSCO/Bob Stallings
Racing for the 2009 Rolex 24 at Daytona, reuniting with this year's all-star lineup of Johnson and fellow champions Alex Gurney, Jon Fogarty and Jimmy Vasser. The season-opening Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series race takes place at Daytona International Speedway on January 24th and 25th.

GAINSCO's drivers finished second in the 2008 Rolex 24 and will return in 2009 with the same team and key crew personnel. The team is back with the No. 99 Pontiac Riley.

Jarit Johnson to Feature the JJF Logo on his #58 Supercuts Chevrolet in the Toyota All-Star Showdown

#1 Fan ExperienceJarit Johnson recently announced his entry into the   NASCAR Toyota All-Star Showdown event at Irwindale Speedway near Los Angeles, CA.  Johnson is proud to pilot the #58 Supercuts Chevrolet on Saturday, January 24th.  Johnson will also promote the Jimmie Johnson Foundation by carrying the charity on his car.

"I can't thank Supercuts enough for coming on board and partnering with us for this race," expressed Johnson.  "We are also going to run the Jimmie Johnson Foundation logo to raise awareness for all the foundation is doing, especially in the Southern California area where we grew up."
