Your swimmers are Hammerheads! They are hard working, talented and now we need them to become responsible. We are asking all Hammerhead swimmers to get and keep their own equipment.
Hammerhead practices are planned by the season. All coaches in all of our locations follow the same workouts. Practices are easier when all swimmers have equipment that works, fits, and is ready to be used.

FINS GOGGLES SWIM CAPS TRAINING SUITS
Yes CAPS! Did you watch the Olympics? Swimmers wear caps unless they have short hair! Don't pick up bad habits trying to turn your head and not get hair in your eyes.
Gentlemen: Why are some of our guys still wearing board shorts? My grandson was one of them - we had "a talk"! The board shorts are sliding off during underwater turns and dragging the boys down with the extra drag.
Girls - make sure the straps are not sliding off their shoulders!
All equipment should be marked with their names. There will be limited gear available if your child does forget.
