Father Jack Still in Need of Prayers |
Father Peffley was able to visit with Father Jack today. Father Peffley said he is still in very serious condition due to the Pneumonia and has asked that everyone continue to pray for him.
Our own Dr. Ross has sent word from Father Jack's family that this afternoon was rough. They had to put a nasal feeding tube in to get nutrition to Fr. Jack and he needed medication for his heart, all of which can happen after this type of surgery. The surgeons think that tomorrow morning is over the hump time. The best news is that his daughter said he was complaining about stuff tonight!

Altar Boys |
Attention all Altar Boys -- Father Peffley would like as many Altar Boys vested who can at the Wednesday Night Mission. We will be taking an Altar Boy group photo following the mission for our directory and other uses, it would be great to have as many boys as possible.
All boys need to be at the church and ready to serve at 6:45.
Boys who have not received their new Altar Boy Handbook and had the most recent training are asked to be there at 5:45 dressed and ready to serve for a training session. New boys are welcome.
New boys are always welcome. Boys must have made their First Communion to be servers. If they can not make this weeks training session they can receive on the job training. Just show up on a Sunday and let the Altar Boys in Red know you are new and would like to serve. |

Holy Trinity Children's Christmas Choir |
will reconvene practices on Wednesdays from 6 - 6:45 PM beginning Nov. 11 in Room 105 in preparation for singing at 6 PM Mass on Christmas Eve. To register your Second through Sixth grader, please e-mail director Kathy Cumber at kcumber@comcast.net. Join us at IHOP on Thursday November 19 fro dinner. They have a full dinner menu and you can even have pancakes for dinner if you want. Just let the server know you are with Holy Trinity and a portion of your meal will be donated back to Holy Trinity.

Staying Healhty this Winter |
We would like to remind you to please stay home if you are feeling sick. It is not a sin to miss Mass if you are sick and it is important to stay home and get yourself well again and not spread germs further. This also applies to activities at the church including CCD.
We also remind you that the Sign of Peace is optional during Mass and that if you wish you can just say "Peace be with you" and nod to your neighbor.
Thank you for being considerate to your fellow parishioners during this cold and flu season. |

Mass overflow and Damages to the church |
We understand that Mass can be crowded and it is very tempting to sit along the sides on the registers. This structure is not made to support a person and we are sustaining damage to these areas due to people using them to sit on. Please DO NOT SIT on the registers along the sides. We provide overflow seating in St. Patrick's Hall with closed circuit TV and sound piped in from the church. We also welcome you to explore the options of other Masses which are not as crowded. |
