If you want to know the answers to these questions, and how to answer them when others ask, come join Fr. Peffley and fellow parishioners to learn the answers to these important questions. This is a monthly discussion meeting for Catholics with the aim of learning the Faith as it applies to current issues. Named the Society of Patricians, it is sponsored by the Legion of Mary. Fr. Jack Needs our Prayers |
Father Jack Fullen is going to have heart valve replacement surgery on November 3rd. We are asking everyone to pray for Fr. Jack and his speedy recovery. Scott Ross is preparing a spiritual bouquet if you would like to be part of this offering to F. jack please send your bouquet offering to knighted@comcast.net. If you have never been part of a spiritual bouquet before all you need to do if tell Scott what prayers. sacrifices or deeds you will be doing for Fr. Jack, for example Rosaries, 1 Sacrifice, 2 Masses, 1 Holy Hour and a kind deed. |

We need your winter coats |
The Holy Trinity Conquest Boys Club is asking that you generously donate old or used coats to the poor and needy this upcoming cold season. All the coats will go The House of Mercy, a local nonprofit organization serving the poor. We will be collecting coats after all Masses the weekends of October 10th and the 17th. |

Men's Evening of Reflection |
October 21st ATTENTION ALL MEN OF HOLY TRINITY. You are invited to attend a monthly evening of reflection, offered on the third Wednesday of each month. Each session will include: Mass in the Church followed by dinner, 2 guided meditations, and an opportunity for confession. The theme for this year is "Spirituality 101 for Men" and the topic for Oct 21st is "God the Father...but I've had enough of 'Father' for a lifetime!" Flu Shots Post-Poned |
The Inova Flu Shot Clinic scheduled here for Holy Trinity on October 24th. & 25th. is now on hold due to the shortage of seasonal flu vaccine. We are planning to reschedule the clinic as soon as Inova receives more vaccine. You can also check at findaflushot.com to find available sites that may have the vaccine. |
