This is a DCI Premier Event!  Winner will receive a 3 round bye at Grand Prix Kansas City.  Tournament is Scars of Mirrodin Block - Every player revieves 2 Scars of Mirrodin, 2 Mirrodin Besieged and 2 New Phyrexia boosters to build a deck with.  Top 8 will be Draft. 
Winner will get a minimum of $100 travel reward
