A Word From Brian
Ever break an arm?? Well, I did and realized how important it is to be able. Just a small break can wreck your whole day and the next 8 weeks too. A slip off the roof can make the most simple things difficult or impossible. I always took paddling for granted - I just hopped in a boat and went. It felt so natural until I was unable. It has now been 8 weeks since the break and I'm so pleased to announce, " I think I'm okay". I got out kayaking yesterday and had such a great time. The joy of gliding along effortlessly on such an amazing beautiful day, even though I was actually working hard, made me feel fortunate to be back and able to get out there again.
