Happy New Year to you - our good customer!
2007 has has been a year of change for Ocean River. After 25 years in business, I have discovered that the only thing that is constant is change. New competition is always cropping up and we continue to improve how we do business.
I judge our success by customer comments. This year, we continue to be recognized for the high level of personal service we deliver. We love our customers - you guys are awesome! And as always, we look forward to helping you with your outdoor needs.
Feel free to drop me a note any time with feedback, good or bad, as it helps a great deal to recognize where we need to change or to reinforce the things we are doing right.
"Getting out there" is as important as ever, so keep in touch to see how we will help make it even more fun and easy in 2008!
Sincerely, Brian and the Ocean River Team

| Johnstone Strait Kayaking Project |
|
If you have paddled in Johnstone Strait in the last five years then you might like to assist Simon Fraser University's School of Resource and Environmental Management by participating in a web based survey.
By doing so you will be helping preserve and improve the future experience for yourself and other paddlers while protecting the environment.
The survey is one part of a community based management project to do just that. You can find it at www.kayaking.rem.sfu.ca You will also be eligible to enter a draw for prizes of outdoor gear. |
