Historic Rainbow Bridge - ICRI 2007 Project of The Year

Norcure® Electrochemical Chloride Extraction was utilized to passivate the concrete arch substructure.  In other areas Galvashield® XP+ Embedded Galvanic Anodes were used to provide localized corrosion protection.
 

North Cargo Piers  - ICRI 2007 Award of Excellence 
                                         Port Canaveral
Owner: Canaveral Port Authority
Engineer: CH2M Hill (Gee & Jensen)
 
A complete Galvanode® galvanic solution was implemented with Galvanic Pile Jackets used to protect the precast concrete piles.  Activated Arc Spray Zinc was used for the precast hollow core deck units, and embedded galvanic anodes in the pile cap repairs.

Passive (galvanic) cathodic protection using Vector's Galvanode® ASZ+ Activated Arc Spray Zinc was used as part of an overall corrosion management plan to significantly prolong the service life of this major MTO bridge structure.

Vector supplied and installed an impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) system utilizing Ebonex® Conductive Ceramic Discrete Anodes to provide lasting protection to the masonry encased steel frame structure.
