The greater the number of attendees, the bigger the impact you can make on the Hill. And this year's conference promises to be extra special, as we celebrate 100 years of America's Credit Unions.Tiff OCUL logo

Regulation E Legal Update - The Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E will be discussed as matters concerning member protection and credit union responsibility are examined to ensure that both parties are satisfied and secure.  From application to potential examinations and even the most recent updates, this webinar will guide your credit union through the questions surrounding Reg E.  Presented by Elizabeth Fast, Esq., partner with the law firm of Spencer Fan Britt & Brown LLP, on Feb. 4.

Impaired Loans & the ALLL - Recognizing, reporting, measuring and modifying a loan under impairment will serve as the first section of this encompassing webinar.  The Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses tackles the supporting documentation required and the information examiners need to hear.  Evaluations, estimations, testing and more will be reviewed as participants gain a better understanding of how these facts and figures all add up to a unified whole representing their institution.  Presented by Wayne Linder, lending and management consultant with Young & Associates, Inc. and author of Loan Review Deskbook, on Feb. 11.
