Remaining Time Slots for Session #1
The following time slots are still available for hitting:
- Mondays 4pm(3), 5pm(3)
- Tuesdays 4pm(2), 8pm(2)
DIAMOND STRENGTH Classes with Chris Rowan will convene at:

I recommend that you take at least 2 classes per week if you can. Diamond Strength before hitting or after is a great idea. Classes will be offered Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays. Registration info will be available next week.
OPEN HOUSE with Rob Crews and Chris Rowan will be held on Sunday, September 13th, from 5pm-7pm at Frozen Ropes Training Center, 300 Executive Boulevard, Elmsford, NY 10523. Chris and I will be on hand to answer questions and introduce players to the program. At this time, I will be holding orientation for all new students. Very important information will be covered during Open House.
