Praise God for all Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) volunteers in Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio, who produced nearly 4.3 million meals in July.
Praise God for July's outgoing meal shipments, which are en route to Burma/Myanmar, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Haiti, Nicaragua, North Korea, the Philippines, Tanzania, and Uganda.
Pray for FMSC's volunteers, donors, and mission partners, that they might be humbled in service to God's children. |

Meals bridge religious divides in Indonesia
Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) meals continually cross national, cultural, and religious divides.
In Indonesia, one of the world's most populous Muslim countries, recent FMSC meal distributions have helped break down negative stereotypes about Christianity.
"During the question-answer session, one of the Muslim leaders could not hold his emotions," said Sister Hana Ananda, who led a meal distribution in a Muslim school near the town of Situbondo. "He was so overwhelmed to see the kindness of those whom he used to hate-that he sobbed audibly."
This FMSC meal distribution, through FMSC mission partner Reach Now International, marked the first time the Situbondo school community welcomed a non-Muslim group.
"We followed food distributions in several Muslim cities with interfaith dialogue and prayer," Sister Hana Ananda said. "This touched people's hearts."
According to Sister Hana, this significant step in Christian-Muslim relations has been "like an answer to prayer."

Thanks to all volunteers who produced meals in July. Projected meal totals for July are as follows:

- Brooklyn Park, MN - nearly 1.2 million meals
- Chanhassen, MN - nearly 760,000 meals
- Eagan, MN - more than 1.7 million meals
- Off-Site Packing - nearly 380,000 million meals
- TOTAL - more than 4.3 million meals
