The Shodasa Vargas or sixteen divisional charts are studied to understand the true nature of an individual. The connection between the mind, body and spirit is revealed. Each varga focuses on a different area of life and together they represent the complete picture.

The divisional charts  are Rashi, Hora, Drekkana, Chaturthamsa, Saptamsha, Navamsha, Dasamsha, Dwadashamsha, Shodashamsha, Vimshamsha, Siddhamsha, Bhamsa, Trimshamsha, Chatvirshamsha, Akshavedamsha and Shastiamsha- these charts take you from personal issues like children, career, to past lives, spirituality, talents, lineage, subconscious mind and much more. These 16 divisional charts are given by Sage Parasara- we will study them in detail, their deities, their practical use, the subtle energies and how to interpret them.
