 Yoga with Shiv Kumar
Shiv Kumar is Komilla's Yoga guru and is an inspirational teacher who follows the traditional approach to Yoga. Yoga is his life and he has deep knowledge of many aspects of yoga including philosophy, mediatation, mantras, and asanas. He has been coming many years to UK. He can teach both beginners and very advanced students. He will be in London for 10 days and you can do either a morning class with him or do a one to one class. Yoga is the best remedy to calm the mind and develop you towards a more spiritual path.
The classes will be held at Theosophical Society, 50 Gloucester Place, London W1, England .
24 May to June 1 - 8.30am to 9.30am Morning yoga with Shiv Kumar - 100 GBP for nine days.
Personal one to one Classes with Shiv- 40 GBP per session of one hour. Shiv is available from 9.30am to 7pm from 24 May to June - not all slots are availbe as he is already booked for some. Please
email Komilla to confirm booking as a room has to be booked and you can pay on the day. Komilla will be attending all the morning yoga classes.
