Zefon issued a recall for Air-O-Cells today. Please click the following web link for details. We checked those lot numbers already. None of the Air-O-Cells sold through QLab are affected by this issue.

If you have concerns, you can check the background debris rating on lab reports. Those affected Air-O- Cells would have very low debris loading (<25% to None) and very low spore count where they shouldn't be. So far, we only noticed two affected projects using Air-O-Cells ordered from other labs, and they were noticed and discussed before or right after reporting. Since I personally QC every projects, major issues from devices that we sell to our clients would have been discovered very quickly. Most sampling- related issues are usually communicated to clients and resolved right after the results are available. Fortunately (or unfortunately for others), our Air-O-Cell stock from our vendor don't have this problem for us to raise the red flag, like two months ago.

We have been successfully helping many companies, including some of your major competitors, switching to us after they had been extremely frustrated and unhappy with their old labs on several different issues, for example, poor technical support, no personal attention, poor quality control, questionable results, project delay, slow turnaround time, bad report format, and/or lack of ethics.
