SHARK To Live Stream Cruel Tower Shoot This Sunday

DEAR FRIENDS,

Last August SHARK broke new ground when we, for the first time ever, streamed video from a pigeon shoot at the Wing Pointe canned hunting dump as it happened. This Sunday we are going to live-stream again. This time we will be exposing a Tower Shoot at Wing
This shooter kicked wounded birds at the last Tower Shoot.
Pointe.

A month ago we filmed a Tower Shoot at Wing Pointe and it was truly a monstrous blood-fest. You can watch that video HERE.

This time we will bring even more public attention to this disgraceful event by live-streaming the faces of every sick and twisted participant.

The shoot is supposed to start at 10:00 AM, EST. In order to make best use of the live-stream time, we will tell our members exactly when the live-stream will start by using a brand new text message alert system.

This system is free (message and data rates may apply depending on your text plan). To sign up to get our text alerts, text the word "SHARKalerts"  to the number "55678."  It must be one word and spelled exactly as "SHARKalerts" or it will not work.

You will then receive a message that you are signed up. We will send out a text Sunday morning telling you when the live-stream will start.

This is a great tool for keeping our members up to date on the latest news, and we will send out texts for important matters that can't wait for an update. So sign up and be a part of the action as it happens!

Watch the live-stream Sunday on this link:

Please also check our Twitter and Facebook page in case you don't have a cell phone for updates on Sunday.

 New Jersey Bear Hunt Aftermath

Last week hunters slaughtered 469 black bears in New Jersey in a week long hunt.

This was the second consecutive bear hunt held under Governor Chris Christie. You can read the real reason why Christie allows these shameful hunts in SHARK's report titled "Blood for Votes: Political Corruption and the New Jersey bear Hunt."

SHARK had a cameraman at one of the weigh stations where hunters brought the bears they killed.

As soon as we got there,
Larry Herrighty, Assistant Director of Operations for NJ Division of Fish and Wildlife (right) was nervously staring at us and then the state Fish and Wildlife police rushed to stop us filming (we still filmed).

Herrighty is featured in the "Blood For Votes" report, as he donated money to the pro-hunting political action committee that is at the center of our complaint. We'll have more on him in a future update.

The state, which knows how controversial the bear hunt is, does not want activists to have pictures of hunters gloating with the bears they have killed. They know how powerful the images are, and they don't want the public to know that the bear hunt is all about killing for trophies.

And that's why we've collected dozens of pictures that hunters have put up on public websites of them posing with their dead bears.

In the story this hunter told, a mother and her cub were walking by when he and his daughter mercilessly slaughtered them. He also wrote that he killed the bears in the "honor" of the female lawyer for the Bear Education and Resource Group (BEAR) that filed a lawsuit to stop the hunt. He also made disparaging remarks about other women in the BEAR Group. You can see it all HERE and HERE.

Maybe his daughter shouldn't be smiling so much if she really knew what her dad thought about women.

Please contact New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and politely tell him what you think of his bear hunt and what this hunter thinks of women. Let him know that the blood of this innocent family of bears stains him as much as it does the people who killed them.

NJ GOVERNOR CHRIS CHRISTIE: 609-292-6000

The Philadelphia Gun Club is Getting Nervous...

Jordan Irving tried to hide, but we got him anyway!
We've told you how the notorious Philadelphia Gun Club spent tens of thousands of dollar building a fortification to hide their pigeon shoots and to protect the identity of the people who shoot there.  It didn't work, of course, as we've already publicly outed and shamed this pigeon shooter, Jordan Irving (read more about him on his Operation Bright Light Page).

After we filmed PGC members like Irving, who had to wait as the driveway gate slowly opened and closed (thanks for helping with that PGC!) The club reacted first by throwing a tarp over the gate:

And when that didn't work, they put up this sign:

As we've been forced to be around members of the PGC, and other pigeon shooters, our sense of smell has already been eradicated by the putrid stink of death and depravity that leaks out of them. So this isn't an impediment at all. But it is nice to see how desperate they are, and how each attempt of theirs fails to stop us.

Wing Pointe Cowards Shoot an Angel, Again

It's at least the fourth time that pigeon shooting thugs have tried to shoot down our airborne camera. The first time (last January) they succeeded, but all efforts since have failed. There was some damage to the Angel, but it has been quickly repaired, and we continue to rule the skies and document the cowardly cruelty of pigeon shooters.

Obviously the bad guys are worried that we will obtain further damaging evidence against them. They should be worried, because that is exactly what we are going to do.

We didn't bother to call the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) about the shootdown attempt, because we know they won't do their job. The PSP and Berks County District Attorney have had opportunities to deal with other shooting incidents and refused, even when we supplied the PSP with close-up photos of the shooters, their vehicles and license plates.

We will continue to use our Angels and nothing the opposition can do will stop us.

Kindest Regards,

Steve Hindi and Your SHARK Team
