Father's Day at Higgins

Looking for something unique this Father's Day? Show Dad that he's your knight in shining armor with our Knighting of the Fathers Ceremonies or go through Knight Training together and learn first-hand how knights trained with poleaxes, daggers, and the knightly longsword.

CastleKids StoryHour
Wednesday, June 6th
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
From damsels in distress to mighty dragons, join us on the first Wednesday of every month as we share tales of adventure, from well-known fairy tales to modern picture books in the setting of our medieval Great Hall. Great for ages 3 to 5.
$12 for adult w/ one child ($8 for museum members). Includes admission, program with craft related to the story, and a snack. |

Summer at the Higgins
 Summer programming begins June 26th!
Try your hand at wielding a knight's longsword, a Viking axe, or a pirate's cutlass. Ages 10 to 15 can sign up for our Youth Summer Swordplay classes. One week sessions in July and August. |
