Where 2 Get It Mobile Locators Allow ViewSonic Customers to Easily Search, Find and Buy Products
ViewSonic® Corporation has selected Where 2 Get It's Mobile Locator Suite to offer consumers advanced functionality and broaden ViewSonic's reach in the expanding mobile landscape including Send to Phone, Send to Email, Mobile Web, and 2-Way SMS.
ViewSonic is adding the Mobile Suite to complement Where 2 Get It's Business Locator and Product Locator solutions, which have allowed ViewSonic to successfully convert ready to buy online consumers into buyers.
"Where 2 Get It continues to offer solutions that are ahead of the curve," said Melinda Beecher, Senior Manager, National Channel Marketing, ViewSonic. "They have delivered significant value to our Web-based customer experience as well as our channel partners. Our online retailers say they depend on the locators as a valuable source for leads."
Where 2 Get It's one-way SMS application allows the consumer to send location and driving direction information from ViewSonic's corporate website directly to the consumer's mobile device (
Send to Phone) or email address (
Send to Email) to themselves or to another party.
Where 2 Get It has also created a
Mobile Website (WAP) for ViewSonic allowing consumers to find locations from their mobile device by entering in a city, state or zip code.
Other features in development include an iPhone specific locator application branded for ViewSonic and an IVR solution with a toll free number where consumers can call and enter their zip code to find the closest ViewSonic Authorized Dealer Locations.
Coming soon will be the Mobile 2-Way SMS to allow consumers to find the closest ViewSonic Authorized Dealer locations as well as offering mobile marketing for consumers who opt-in. The consumer will send a text message to the Short Code "LOCATE" with the text "ViewSonic" and a "zip code" and in return will have the closest ViewSonic Authorized Dealer locations returned to them via text message. ViewSonic can later send mobile marketing campaigns to consumers who opt-in, such as contests or voting as well as sending out coupons and specials.
