Previously, Signs By Tomorrow had a very basic web presence. In 2003 the company acknowledged that in order to be competitive and grow, they needed have a leading edge site.  Working with Baltimore-based marketing communications agency Planit and Where 2 Get It, Signs By Tomorrow embarked on a radical redesign with the goal of enhancing franchisee and consumer satisfaction.  At the time, marketing efforts focused on grass-roots marketing, mailers, and franchisee networking through chambers of commerce and other local business events.  
 
Solution 
Built into the new Signs By Tomorrow website, Where 2 Get It's Business Locator enables consumers to quickly and easily find local franchise locations, including addresses, phone numbers and email contacts, maps and driving directions - as well as a link to each individual franchisee's website.  Working directly with Where 2 Get It, Signs By Tomorrow is able to submit new franchise locations or other information and be assured of immediate updates.  The Where 2 Get It Business Locator is a valuable tool that contributes to Signs By Tomorrow's ability to reinforce national branding while leveraging local marketing which is important to franchisees in targeting their local market. 
 
Results
Referrals and word of mouth are still very important and effective for Signs by Tomorrow, but the new and improved website featuring Where 2 Get It's Business Locator solution has expanded their reach and gives anyone looking for a Signs By Tomorrow location a resource for finding their local franchise.
