Local TV revenues rose +23.2% to 19.4 Billion in 2010 Driven by Political Campaigns and National Advertising. In 2011, television industry revenue experts expect TV revenues to be down during this non-election year before rising again in 2012. Last year's stellar numbers were a result of strong political spending and a faster than expected rebound in national advertising.
