When most of us look back to our days in school (regardless of how far back we have to look), our greatest experiences are not always from the classroom. Don't get me wrong, I am firm believer in the importance of the classroom and the significant role that academics play on a daily basis. However, many of my favorite memories in school came from the "other" things I was involved with each day.
