Hello Songwork Members!
This week's videos are from Steve Leslie and Randall Williams. If you've already seen Part 1 of "Chords as Adjectives," then you'll be ready for todays release of the second half of that lecture. We are also releasing three videos by Randall Williams about some commonly used alternate tunings on the guitar.
Enjoy this week's new videos, and please don't hesitate to let the Songwork team know what you think!
Sincerely,

Chords As Adjectives: Part 2
Instructor: Steve Leslie
Just like particular adjective choices can drastically change the meaning of an expression, particular chord choices can work with or against a lyric.
Open Tuning And DADGAD
Open G Tuning
Open C9 Tuning
Instructor: Randall Williams
Most guitar players know how to play a I-IV-V chord progression. It's pretty easy, right? Well, when you apply an open tuning to that same progression, you get a completely different sound without having to be a guitar virtuoso! So add some open tunings to your toolbox!
