We began the week with Chabad's 25th Anniversary Celebration honoring community builder, Henry Topel, on Sunday evening. More than 250 people filled the Brandywine Country Club including Governor Jack Markell, Lt. Governor Matt Denn, Sen. Tom Carper and Congressman John Carney. Congratulations to Henry, Rabbi Vogel and Event Chair, Caryl Marcus-Stape for an evening to remember.
