AROUND THE WORLD

Greetings!

As we edge closer to meeting our 2011 Campaign allocation goal, members of our community have asked, "Why Federation?". I take great pride in responding that we are a trusted philanthropy that works to make our community and the world a better place by acting on our core Jewish values of compassion, charity, generosity and responsibility to care for those in need. With one single gift you can invest in our community for the biggest impact ensuring that we meet the most important needs at any given time.

Through our network of local beneficiary agencies (Albert Einstein Academy, Jewish Family Services of Delaware, The Kutz Home, Siegel JCC and University of Delaware Hillel), and overseas partners (the Jewish Agency for Israel and the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee), your single gift helps care for both Jews and non-Jews in need here at home, in Israel and around the world, and it helps sustain Jewish life for future generations.

For the past 76 years, the Jewish Federation of Delaware has worked to meet the needs of the community with sound investments, transparency and integrity.

Please help us meet the increasing demands of our local and global community if you have not already done so by making a gift to the 2011 Campaign. Every gift makes a difference.
