Greetings!
This past Sunday morning, nearly 150 parents and children attended our PJ Library Launch Event at the Delaware Children's Museum. It was gratifying to see the interaction of parent and child under a Jewish lens listening to a reading of, The Shabbat Box, as well as making their own Shabbat boxes to take home.
On Monday, 50 people attended our Bagels & Briefing with Congressman John Carney. On Wednesday, I attended a presentation on Israel from Federation's JCRC Chair, John Elzufon, at the University of Delaware. Coupled with a Federation Board of Directors meeting last night, I was reminded how our Federation literally touches the lives of thousands of people each and every day.
We cannot achieve the myriad accomplishments both locally and around the world without a strong and vibrant Annual Campaign. Please support the Federation by making a secure online gift today at ShalomDelaware.org. Thank you for your continued support and commitment to Improving Our World...TOGETHER.
Shabbat Shalom

The PJ Library is a program of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, made possible through partnerships with philanthropists and local Jewish organizations. Today, families in hundreds of communities across the United States and Canada are able to explore the timeless core values of Judaism through books and music. Special thanks to our local PJ Library Chair, Amy Baker, and The PJ Library Committee for ensuring a memorable launch event.
