Greetings!
The Egyptian political revolution is spreading across the Arab world this week, now engulfing Bahrain, Iran, Yemen and Libya. A dark side to the democratic impulse continues to be felt, however, with Hezbollah in Lebanon making new threats; Iran sending warships through Suez past Israel; a Jordanian official calling Israel an "enemy" and Tunisia's Jews feeling threatened. Meanwhile, Israel's army considers a new multi-front battle a real possibility. Please see the story below for links and additional updates. We will continue to keep our community informed of this evolving situation. Shabbat Shalom.
