ING Presents will only show the new rates as of April 30 / Final underwriting and administrative forms must be received at our service center by June 1 / The last day for the term products to be issued with the old rates is June 15 / Of note: As of March 28, 2012, the new rates placed us within the top 5 (out of 11 carriers) on 10, 15, 20 and 30 year term and within the top 2 (out of 4 carriers) on 25 year term in over 50% of 3,180 pricing cells

Transamerica Makes Changes to TransACE Survivor Product
The rapidly changing regulatory environment has necessitated some revisions to Transamerica's second-to-die UL product.
Effective June 1, 2012 TransACE Survivor will be revised as follows:
- Premiums will increase across all age groups and risk classes
- The maximum face amount will be capped at the company retention limit and will also take into account in-force Transamerica coverage on the proposed insureds
- Targets will increase and the renewal compensation schedule will be shortened.
